Q1 2023: The Tewksbury Community Pantry provides short and long-term food assistance to Tewksbury residents in financial need.  Their team of board members and volunteers fiercely advocate for the needs of those experiencing food insecurity.

Also nominated: Newhouse Wildlife Rescue and The Tewksbury Memorial High School Theater Company

Q4 2022: Girls Inc. of Greater Lowell inspires all girls to be strong, smart and bold. Through creative programs in a safe and nurturing environment, they strive to teach the independence and personal responsibility girls need to succeed.

Also nominated: Lowell Makes and Tewksbury Police Athletic League

Q3 2022: Catie's Closet improves school attendance and graduation rates, as well as the mental, emotional and physical health of students facing poverty, homelessness and other crises by providing free, in-school access to clothing and basic necessities and uniting with community partners to meet students’ other immediate needs.

Q2 2022: Plummer Youth Promise believes that every young person needs a family unconditionally committed to nurture, protect and guide them — someone who will be with them forever.  Plummer seeks to make this vision a reality through a variety of programs.

Also nominated: Greater Lowell Y and House of Hope

Q1 2022: Into Action Recovery of Tewksbury. In addition to operating sober homes, Into Action Recovery makes it a priority to help anyone in need of help with all levels of care.
Also nominated: Catie's Closet and CTI's Rita O'Brien Dee Center.

Q4 2021: Hidden Battles Foundation is a non-profit organization that strives to help preserve the healthy minds of Military/Veterans, Law Enforcement, Fire, EMS, Dispatch and Nursing through treatment and counseling for depression, suicidal tendencies and PTSD.
Also nominated: Great Dog Rescue New England and Community Teamwork Inc.’s new Rita O’Brien Dee Center for Behavioral Health & Development 

Q3 2021: Lazarus House Ministries provides what is needed most by families and individuals facing material poverty, homelessness, and food insecurity in the areas of shelter,  clothing, food, advocacy and community resources. These core Ministries work simultaneously to provide emergency care, holistic programming, hope for a good future, and life skills to gain independence and sustain self-sufficiency.
Also nominated: Project Home Again and Friends of the Tewksbury Library

Q2 2021: Alternative House's mission is to facilitate the creation of a society in which violence and oppression no longer exist. As a means to this end, it offers access to shelter, support, children’s programming, legal, housing, and community advocacy for all victims of domestic violence and their children.
